I ordered a set of Christmas pjs for my daughter on Nov 9. The item said it was a pre-order and would ship in November.

After numerous attempts to contact them, I was told that the item would ship out in the third week of December and I would receive it 5-7 days after that. When I responded that, that wasn't soon enough and I would like to cancel the order, I was told that I couldn't.

They didn't fulfill the promised shipping date and they wouldn't let me cancel the order! So, I now have to purchase a replacement and receive the original item after the event it was needed for.
