Never received our full order nor did we receive a notification that it had not and would not ever be filled. We emailed customer service after a couple of months went by and was sent a generic email stating that they had oversold the item.

We were sent a store credit minus the shipping fee that was suppose to cover both items. We ended up paying for one piece of a costume without the other. Called customer service and was told no refund just store credit. They wanted us to order from a store that would have kept our money without letting us know our item was never coming.

We felt scammed. We finally got confirmation that a refund for only the dress would be given but haven’t seen it yet. Now we an Elsa crown with no Elsa Gown and a sadly disappointed granddaughter who was looking forward to her birthday gift.

This was to be our first in many orders with this company and now has become our only and thankfully last. Customer service rep was not kind nor helpful.
